What do you think about my website/bounce rate? Thank you!

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the time to look at my website!

I have been writing for my blog since September 2008, and I have about 30 subscribers. Things are going alright, and I'm pretty happy.

However, there is one thing that bugs me. My bounce rate is about 80%. Some days it's 70%, and some days it can go as high as 95%. I redesigned the RSS and Email subscribe buttons, and I made some tweaks with the template.

I believe that I am also writing quality content. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

I would prefer more attractive pictures.

 

Needs more graphics at the top to visually tell the user what it's about. Maybe an eye ball or something? I don't know.

Something like a magnifying glass over a movie screen?

 

i love your website, nice job! may be you should change the logo yes... Make it more attractive, more cinema oriented...

 

Thanks a lot for the comments guys! Is there anything I can do other than a new banner, to lower my bounce rate? Is the template alright?
