    A small suggestion : Change the first letters of your website title to capital.

    Good strategy, if you can create another keyword combination, target the less simpler ones and check how high is the search volume of it.

    I don't agree with that. Go for the top. Swing for the fences. Now if you this is the only blog / page you plan on making, you probably aren't going to be hit a home run for this particular term. However, go with what you know.

    I'm sure that "railroad trains" is an easier term to rank for, but what do you know about that? Go with what you know.

    Of course, I've always seen a little bit of hipocracy in writing a little blog about making money along when it appears that the dude who wrote it doesn't have any money. :D

    Well, I agree with you, but what about new websites. Focusing on long tail keyword give you the chance to get a good ranking more easy. You can focus on the other particular keywords LATER.
