what do you think about my logo?

the lines behind are not part of the logo,so dont mind that.

I would make the .com a little smaller. Otherwise, a nice logo.

 

The logo looks great and matches the punchline perfectly, search, find and be happy...

Instead of the smiley, you could also try out a happy animated face

 

I like the logo itself, it's fun. However, when I clicked on the link and saw the site, I don't think it really fits with the background/header (or vice-versa). The logo is web 2.0-ish, bright colors, cheery, some gradients, etc. The site uses darker colors, and has more of a "techno" feel. Just seems like the logo and the site don't fit together well.

The only other comment is that the smiley seems very similar to Yahoo Messenger's smiley, which you see upon startup. Very, very similar.

 

To be honest with you, at first glance I almost thought it was YM Newest Version.

 

The logo is good if you're going for web 2.0 style but is the domain name at all relevant to search?

 

The mouth of the smilie could use a lighter color.. because that dark red is making it the focus point of your logo design..

I agree with mac_crazy. The logo does look good but on the current look of your site, no. It is just too web 2.0 for the grungy look of your site.

Otherwise, the logo looks good

 

looking at the site+logo i can say that the logo is the focus point when you arrive, if you wish it that way it's fine but i don't think it's quite ok. about the logo itself i like it, very shiny and nice.

haha, it reminds of the yahoo smiley on crack. i am not sure why, maybe it's the bugged out eyes. it looks good though.
