What do you think about my Forum

there is nothing to talk about...it is classic forum, that is empty

Forum looks nice, but you asked 'how to improve' ? Well, on what basis ? At least make some posts.

 

It's a little dark and the white text ends up being difficult to read. Also, it's empty. As people have said, what exactly do you want us to review here?

 

basically I need to know what you think about it and how it looks and if I am missing anything
plus I need to know the ways I could get people to visit/join my forum

 

Well, if it's looks you're interested in then I would make it a bit lighter and do something with how the fonts/colors look.
Getting people to visit should probably be done by posting on relevant websites/groups and by creating a buzz on social networks. Facebook, twitter, maybe tumblr — use them all. Forums are tricky, because the good ones are there to stay, and getting people into new ones is complicated. Good luck though!
