why don't you include some nice banner. most of the tourism sites have nice banners with images to attract the visitors. I think for the tourism only putting the text is not enough. Another one is as rene7705 mentioned there is no English translation. its a major drawback.

 

Overall looks ok. but I think it is too simplistic. not visually attractive or causing curiousity.
As noted before an English button is expected.
Also, much text seems not designed (no css) while other text is. it should all look with the same design/css

As far as the web site itself, it's too blend. And too clean. Like a nice hospital room haha

 

Its good design by look what;s inside content that i dunt know because i donno ukranian might be russian...

 

The first site looks clear and professional .
The second is cool, but where is the header ?
