The top portion is little bit cluttered.Otherwise the site looks good

 

The blog looks nice but the images are loading little bit slow, check it out..

 

Nice blog but it was very slow in loading completely due to the images.

may be reducing the adds on the top of the page may make it look good.. ..

 

a very nice blog u r maintaining....its theme is very good..
and layout is also impressive....
i thing is extra in it i.e put ur ads on side or on top of page...
i think remove them from the sides...its a little suggestion

Woah Adds Adds and more Adds - Sell your ideas not everyone else's
You have great stuff exploit it - maybe minimizing the Google adds .. placing them on the side and a nice picture on the top that is easy on the eyes . Great start good luck to you

 

thanks to all of you , yours aswer are really helping but guys, google adsence is the main source of income i get from my blog, if i remove them i'll lose 80 pr cent of my income but guys could you please inform me about other ways to make money from using your blog , and this without using huge ads like google adscence ??

I think that you must keep your blog simple. The blog is to crowded for me.
