    In my view you have a perfect ad placement. They are visible and in the hotspots. All you need is a bunch of traffic and I can predict your CTR will be 5%-10%. Which is great.

    I think that this is a perfect placement, but I am afraid a little bit of misleading uses. I have talked to AdSense policy team, and about right this placement, the suggested me to give a ,,advertisement" title above the ads and below H1.

    That's what i did , i've added advertisement above the ads and now less people clicking on ads ): . do we really need to write
    "advertisement" above ad in this situation ?

    yes, you should put a "advertisemnt" title ove the ad section
