    well what do you think about laptops do they turn over desktops and which brand do you use for laptop well i use dell laptop studio series...

    It really depends on what the purpose of my usage is. If I am in the mood for some serious gaming, then the desktop is certainly what I'd prefer. For most other things, I use the laptop, but mainly due to portability.

    What do you think that we do think?? Of course, laptop is one of the most important thing in my life. I can take it wherever I want, it`s really easy to use and dimension is really nice. I don`t know what would I do that I don`t have my laptop.

    I find laptops less comfortable to use than desktops. Of course, if you travel around, a laptop is essential, but when I'm back in the office I prefer the keyboard and screen of a desktop.

    well when it comes to gaming i face problem because of lack of video memory where as in desktop you can expand it and at a cheap rates and hence its mainly dependent on the use well for gaming i use pc and for designing i use laptop thanks for share...

    i have dell studio 15...
    well but face a difficulty in many games because it lack that much video memory...

    I have an apple macbook and this is the best laptop i had in my hands always.. you would love the features, the external look etc. Its a lot better than many other brands and laptops.

    I love laptops when browsing the web or doing my documents, but laptops simply cannot replace my desktop when it comes to gaming.

    i think they are only better for bis mans.s.
    not for normels ..

    and i love my desktop pc than a lap .. .because . it will be easy to use . once more ..

    I'm very mobile, so what I need is a lightweight laptop, after do some research I bought MSI Wind U100 to fill my need. It's has good performance and the most important thing for me beside Win XP, with some tricks I can install Mac OS X 10.5.6 too ;)

    Macbooks are just far too expensive for me. I've always gone with Dells for my midrange laptops, right now I'm on a dell XPS M170 which I got an awesome deal on it, used to be good for gaming, now its just my work computer.. If I were to go for a highend laptop, I would get either a Sager or a high end ASUS. Mac's are just super inflated and just aren't worth it to have a nice shiny shell.
