What do you think about "Hachforums.net" for learning from it?!

    Hey is there anyone know this site: www.hackforums.net , if so do you advice me to learn from it programming languages and coding?.. please tell me first if it's legit or not!And if it's not a good site for learing programing.. please tell me if there is a better one
