    Relevancy or Exact match, which one should i prefer?

    On title exact match. And check your competitors ofcourse because there is a chance that you can outrank them with some adjustments.

    Don't bother with meta descriptions. Let google pick your meta seeing what's best for you.

    Don't overoptimize your post. For Google Relevancy matters more than an exact match and for the BIng it is Vice a Versa.

    actually it can be affordable that you use the exact same keywords but if you are unable to outrank others then try to use synonym keyword with high popularity and less competition.

    you can use Exact match keywords but don't stuff the same keyword again and again in any place like title, description, body and anywhere.
