This is my main current project and one I put most hopes for: DoublePlusHuman.com. DoublePlusHuman is a hack of NewSpeak from an amazing and famous book by George Orwell, "1984". It means "most human" basically. DoublePlusHuman.com is a somewhat unique blend of topics; self improvement, personal freedom and social change. It's actually a formula where if the former two are added the third is the result. Anyway, I'm curious about what you think about the site, its concept, design, structure, content or just general impression. Thank you!
The footer part and the upper part are good, but the background is too blinding. Perhaps you can adjust its color so that text is more readable. I find it a distraction when the white background is too strong.
The domain name is double plus good! I really like it When I entered the site and saw the logo however, I thought it was some spirituality site, not sure if that's what you're going after, it's a nice logo though. Otherwise it's very nice.
Thanks Bohol and premiumscripts. There are no white backgrounds except for teasers, background is light orange.. About the logo looking spiritual, yeah you're right. Thanks 2advance. That's a new header actually and aside from removing some of the above mentioned connotations ("spiritual") the goal was to also simplify a bit.. Hmm.. I'm not sure yet, but maybe I try adding a mountain top in the background of it..
