What do you think about digg like site for webmasters ?

    Ok, im thinking, there are a lot of webmasters and even more bloggers, and they will probobly be more and more every day.
    So do you think i should make something like digg for webmasters, only quality links with no spam etc..
    Tell me something usefull please, should i do this, how much money for advertising is minimal, any hint you got.
