Well the whooshing sound was great because of how close it passed not the mass of knowledge that went past ps. You could also say that your collective knowledge go about 40.000 years back My favourite story is of the aboriginal (in a coastal region many years ago) who told the story about how his grand father had walked with dry feet to an island. The newcomers didn't quite believe him but the story was noted (probably as a myth). Not so long ago divers found traces of a riverbed far past the island showing that some 10.000 years ago it really was possible to walk to the island, the aboriginal just used the same word for grand father as for ancestor. So, while we might not remeber more than about 200 years, they do.
Great nature, great animals and especially great thunderstorms (I'm a stormchaser so I really love the storms there).
As far as I know Australia is the home of the late crocodile hunter Steve Irwin I always think that Sydney Opera House is awesome. I never been there before but would like to visit. I really want to have a Koala bear for a pet
A koala is a koala - they're not bears! Saying "koala bear" is like saying "kangaroo bear". Koalas are grumpy animals anyway, wombats are way cooler:
Land with most unique species.. Great Cricketers, Strikes people like Steve Irwin (croc hunter), shane warne, gilcrist, etc. Nothing personal: But I have heard many times from my friends who work in BPO and call centers that.. Australians have a very bad phone manners. ..:: peace ::.. Jeba
Actually if it wasn't for that fact I looked at post date I wouldn't have noticed EDIT: My 999th post... what to do with my 1000th...
