I think a developing company should have many new ideas to make the company' image looks good and better. And image just not the look, it including a lot of things like how the employer and employees working together, etc. However, in the mean time, I think the company should think about how to make the employees working there for something, not just the salary. The benefits like personal days, sick days, etc., because it meants something to any employee in the company since they are working hard for the compnay even they get pay every day, every minutes. What do you think?
To me a developing a company is like fulfilling my own dream as well as help achieving the other employees dreams. The employees should be proud enough to say that I work for this company and I am satisfied.
