What do you think a developing company should be? In my mind, a developing company have a lot of new ideas about how to develop the company to make it better and incursed the business and image better to the customers or clients. However, the company also should think about the people who working for it to develop. And just forces on developing the company. Its employers' benefits, such as personal days, sick days, insurances, etc. Lets think about if no employers working in the company then how to develop the company even if has the employee only, has the ideas how to develop the company better but no people working for him/her, how the company develop? Who knows the company? Well, sometime, we should not just think how to do the works. In the meantime, we also need to think how to benefit our employers.
