I have a problem with a webhost company so called "mochahost" they do not refund me! They claim in their TOS that their uptime is 100% which, of course, is not true. The websites that they hosted for me always had several serious problems. Problems like the inability to connect to the database, the server binging down, and the automatic deletion of a sub domain from their control panel leaving no access to fix the problem.
