hello everyone I just wanted to ask what a good eCPM is on your heads. What do you settle for?

not asking for numbers from your account just a baseline what you settle on.

$3 CPM is ok. $4 CPM is good. But I aim for $10 CPM.

I really don't care - I have a site with <$1 CPM that makes 30 times as much as another one with >$10 CPM.

Totally agree. I have the same situation like yours. The bottomline is return of money is more important than stat.

The stats help to let you know if its working if you are getting a good eCPM then if you gain more simular traffic it should stay close to where you started with improved bottom line

but you are right the bottom line is the most imported

$5 is about what I think is fair. I also like to calculate other numbers (average per page view, clicks per impressions, and the like).

More important than eCPM is a trend of growth in earnings. I wouldn't mind seeing eCPM drop if earnings continue to rise or at least stay stable :)

I'm again going to say it doesn't matter, same with CTR.

My users have an average of 20 pageviews per visit and I'd much rather have that than having them go to the site and click the first advertisement, without seeing the site at all.

Clicks per visitor would be more interresting, I'm at around 7.5% but my CTR is lousy because of the many pageviews per visit.
