What do you people think about this site?

I feel that the navigation buttons on the top of the page are too big, the fonts doesn't fit well into the overall design. The design makes the pages seemed empty and the color contrast does not attract the users. The red bottom of the page contains text link which are too small in contrast to the big empty red spacing. On top the links are too big, at the bottom the links are too small.

I would say it is a below average business web site design. More efforts should be made to make the web site looks like an integrated whole rather than a patchwork of multiple graphics.
