    Normal? Who knows?

All products are different. It's possible to get millions of hops and no sales if the product is crappy or if the traffic is not targeted.

Don't think there's really a way to tell without any extra info. Try tweaking stuff from the bottom up. Maybe check to see the other affiliates selling and how they're doing. If you use article marketing then you could check out the directory and others and see how many people consistently write articles for the product. And you can use Spyfu or other spying tools for PPC.

Looks like that's from 7 products. When you reach that amount for just one than I would change something around or find a new product.

Yeah, what he said. 207 hops without a sale on one product should raise warnings for you. Spread out over that many products, isn't going to tell you much.

You can look at the sales funnel to find problems.

Your Landing page -> Sales Page -> Sales

If people are hitting your lander but not clicking to sales page at a very high rate, your landing page needs work. If they click through to the sales page, but aren't buying then kill the keyword or test a different product.

    Best of luck.

Get 2000 hops and you might be able to speak about some conversion ratios.

200 is never enough .. you can simply call it bad luck.

Agree with Al (it had to happen eventually).

Your figures are consistent with a 0% conversion-rate but they're also consistent with a 3% conversion-rate - and well within the normal variance for that - because the sample-size is too small. 2,000 hops will tell you. ;)

Meh, you don't need 2k hops to know if you have a good product or not. Sure you need a good size sample but not 2k. Make sure there are no leaks on the sales page and ensure that you are sending quality traffic to the merchant. If you are not making sales with these checks in place, then move onto the next product.

Totally normal. Way too soon to tell anything.

If you were referring to only one product with 207 hops that I could understand your concern. This way is too early to tell how the product will convert. Anyway, I don't know if it is good practice to promote 7 product at same time. Get your initial results and then refocus your energy on the better converting products.
