What do you look in a performance based affiliate network?

    Hello fellow affiliates and advertisers)There are many performance based or pay per sale affiliate networks online for digital products in services like click bank ,Commission junction etc.For those who are into performance based marketing or advertising i have few questions:
    1)What do you look in a performance based network before promoting it,s services or products for commission?
    2)If you are some advertiser what qualities do you expect from a network from the advertiser point of view?
