I would want LOADS of Bandwith, with the option of adding more bandwith as you need it for cheap prices. I would want a reasonable amount of space for a normal average proxy website. I would like to see CPanel hosting as I always want that aswell.

Good Luck with your proxy hosting, I have seen people offer some for free though on DP so there is some competition!

I would like bandwidth (obviously) but more importantly a guaranteed uptime :)

Why don't you use my service and forget bandwidth full stop? That's right FREE bandwidth for proxy owners.

It should have 99.5%+ guaranteed uptime, a lot of bandwidth and good processor/cpu percentage. A vps would be best...

If anyone wants free proxy hosting I can do that as long as I can put a small banner on the proxied pages along with whatever you've got.
