What do you look for in web hosting? (Market Research)

Hey, I am doing a little bit of market research. I am currently a web hosting provider and would like to ask what other people look for in web hosting plans.

Basically, what I would like to know is the following:

Space: (how much space you look for)
Bandwidth: (how much bandwidth you look for)
Features: (I.E. MySQL databases, email, ftp features you look for)
Price: (What price range you look for, for the specifications you have put for the above)

If you could help me out, I would be greatful.

Space: >100Mb
Bandwidth: >10Gb
Features: email, ftp, Unlimited MySQL, Unlimited domains, Unlimited subdomains
Price: 1$/month

 

Space: 500mb-1Gb
Bandwidth: >50gb
Features: Cpanel, unlimited mysql, unlimited domains, subdomains, email and ftp accounts.
Price: 5$/month

 

Since I don't have sites that require special features, I am only interested in the uptime, speed and prices.

I look more for a reliable high quality brand, because features are about equal in most top hosting companies. I'm looking at brand value when choosing my hosting, so out of all the offers I know I got a good reliable company that I can count on.

 

1) Reliability
2) Customer Support (I require 7*24 telephone support)
3) Platform
4) Price

For me, Customer Support usually narrows down the field very quickly.
