    Reliability.

ie: customers receive product and good service; reliable tracking of agent ID; history of paying commissions on time, every time.

Well what i look for in a affiliate program is the reliability of the Company (so i know i will get what i earn)
What the company is selling (usually niche products or service)
Structure i get paid (CPM, CPC, CPA, Commission)

    And that's about it

Before i sign up to a affiliate program i do my research on the company if i cant find anything i will test it say for 1-2 weeks and see if the program is right for me.
