Oh sorry, I misunderstood the topic. What I eat daily is beans, eggs, some fruit and vegetables. I eat meat but about 4 times a week.
I guess cornbread and all other healthy food works out for me, vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables.
I usually like to eat fruits as well as deserts ..I just love sweets and I really like eating and looking at them...Makes me hungry each time I look at them actually
Fruits... i love to eat fruits... but i feel worried that more artificial manures and pesticides are used in agriculture or horticulture.. so fruits or vegetables are not more nutritious as before, and brings so many disease instead of keeping us healthy.
