Turkey is a country, and also a feathered bird usually cooked for christmas or thanksgiving.

Their flag is red with a symbol in white on it (as far as I can remember).
    The capital is Ankara?
    They use lira as currency.

    Thats about all I know.

Turkey is the only country i know on 2 continents Europe and Asia
The capital is at Istambul ( a city that must be seen)

I love the turkys food and olso the way they smoke (narghile i own one)

Olso when Hagi (the best romanian football player) used to play for Gallatasaray i was a fan of them .... now it looks like Fener goes forward in LC

    That's about it :)

Guys I'm really impressed of what you say.
Just a little correction and also confirmation:
The capital is Ankara (Istanbul is the best known city so it is confused always)
Currency is Lira as you said twistedspikes
And the flag is as follows:

I know Turkey is where a lot of childish hackers come from and the SenQronize group (whom I hate for their damage).

Other than that, its a country and as mentioned before Ankara is the capital city.

    Let's see.

Two major cities are Ankara and Istanbul.
Culturally, there's a split between Islam and Secularism.
    Turkish food is wonderful.
