I'm from Nepal too and I think India is allright. Sure there are times when both the countries hate each other but that's how we are.
hey I am Indian..its really nice to see so many good points about India.. I love my country and believe it can be one of the best place to live once we get rid of these corrupt leaders.. corruption and poverty are the two things which need to be eradicated..
Hey Dude, Kindly Check your facts. This thing has been proved and certified that Buddha was born in Nepal. Though he spent most of his time in India but that does not mean he was born there. Regards
You are correct(partially) . He was born in (Kapilvastu)Nepal but came to Magadha(Bihar-India) at the age of 30 and started his religion. After that he mostly stayed there and died at the age of 80 at Kushinigar(India) . For details check Life of Buddha http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gautama_Buddha#Conception_and_birth death http://thomasriddle.net/buddhist_sites/kushinigar/index.htm#read

All i know about india/indians is that They are simply crazy about cricket. They consider cricketers as GODS(i read it somewhere). Even the soccer fans from all over Europe won't be a match in front of Indian Cricket Fans ( Now don't do the maths )

I don't know a lot about India but I know they moved part of it to Canada, lol, just kidding. But seriously, Indian people are pretty cool once you get to know them.
I can say proudly that I am an INDIAN.INDIA is rich in heritage, culture, hospitality, studies, foods etc.INDIA is a secular country which treats all religions with equal respect.India has got many different languages, states, culture, dressing sense, food style which stands out as an example for "UNITY IN DIVERSITY".But I guess all these beautiful things are ruining because of many politicians, advent of IT companies and many more. But still INDIA stands out as an example for "Culture and Heritage".
I have not been to India, but my friend had traveled in india. The transportation is poor there. But the programmers of India are excellent !
