What do you know about foreign banks?

    I have a bank account in a foreign country where I use to travel from time to time. I am withdrawing money from paypal to that account.

    What`s the law in this kind of situation? Do I have to go to that country and tell them what is the money for, where do I have it from, etc?

    Never tried this before..Why not use ur own bank account(from ur country)?

    There are commissions involved if I am using my card in foreign countries.
