I'm trying to figure out man. Totally not cool. Try to get easy names like funzone.info etc

I would not waste any money registering domains that are available. They are available because nobody wants them. In my experience you should focus on trying to by expiring domains that are aged, brandable. pronounceable and short. That's the best domains to sell.

I agree to some extent, altho experienced domainers still find a way to market such handregs so I wouldn't say that nobody wants them.
The other advice is spot on.

As for the domain in the OP, I agree its quite crappy. It does not say anything about the website, it has a number in the middle which makes it harder to pass the ""radio test" for easy verbal explanation and on top of that is a .net. I would say a pretty bad choice overall.

I would have to say, that it actually is a really bad name, search for shorter, without numbers and aged domain names.
    What is he selling anyways?

You wouldn't have registered it if you don't think it was good. Is it worth much ($$) to anyone else, probably not. But is it worth it you? That's something others can't really tell you. I think it's better than some of there "other's" domains....however ;)

I'd go with a good 2 word brandable domain name that's easier to remember and spell.

It's a very good name, well done ....
However not many people know about so it has a technical focus only.
I remember i altered a phone cable to use one pair from a CAT5 to decrease the line noise.
All of us have CAT5 cables to our homes, routers....

My only concern is that now we have CAT6 too and the E is another CAT5 category.
SO summarizing, yes you have a good name that match the TLD too.
