I have nearly 2-dozen domains, a good 80% of which have been parked for years, and I've regretted never having had any of them be cached by Google in the late 1990s. What do you do with your parked domains? Monetize them? Use them as forwarding pages or redirects? I have all of my domains on godaddy - would it be worth my while to create those free 1-page sites and put some content on them? A few of the domains would stand a good chance at getting listed, since they are common compound words.
Well I used to have them for sale and parked it with PPC companies but with no real success. Then I created websites with useful content and added contextual advertising and affiliate programs on them, like G! adsense, ebay, amazon, then I started promoting them e.t.c If you don't have time to developed them you can sell them. What are the domain names?
Keep 20 - 40 articles on each website (you can get articles from ezinearticles.com). Ofcourse along with authors resourceboxes. And keep google ads one side and two or three related products with your affiliate links. Host them on different ips if you want to interconnect them. .
go to camera.fm if you like the way the site is organized click on "build content rich websites". its a great answer to your question
I usually park the domain names as soon as I purchase them and then one by one I take each of them and develop them into websites. Not fully depending on parking but still it gets some $$'s and when the site is developed with a good monetization plan in mind then it does make profits. Thanks.
