Since most of our traffic comes from Google. I am curious what you are doing with yours. Are you sending it to affiliate programs, or trying to grow forums, etc..?

Affiliate programs are the best way to monetize a site. You should find out what your visitors looking for at Google and find some affiliate in that niche.

So true. I dropped out Adsense completely. Since they changed the way clicks are made through out the ads, the earnings dropped to 50% so it's a shame to have a site with thousands of uniques dailly and only earn in th $xx zone. Affiliate is my suggestion. Use openads and start with 10 products. After 2 weeks, go and view the stats and decide from there which one was clicked most and generated interest. Do that every month. The income should rise. Be smart and let the numbers guide you :)

ya you need to find out what is that traffic really look for. don't waste your traffic once you get them. monetize it but try to make a friendly monetization. people don't like ads very much. they do want to buy things but they want it them to make the decision not us telling them to click that buy button.
