    Hi All,

My Name is Jack Sam White. An employee leave my company, Employee name is Brain Rattner. Please Let me know What do I do.

Let's say that your company blog posts use rel=author, but the markup doesn't point to the company's owner and instead points to an employee. That employee leaves the company. Is this a problem? If so, is there something you can do to minimize the risk?

In the future if you are concerned about ownership of content, you may want to have all employees sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure that any and all content created by them whilst under employment of your company will remain under your ownership/credit.

Otherwise, you really can't do anything about having their names as authors if you agreed to this in the first place. There really should be no immediate major risks about this, but if content turns out to be pivotal in a change or transaction within your company, that's where you should be concerned, I guess.
