Last time I got angry I punched the schools doorkeeper. The problem is not "what do you do when you get angry?" but don't get angry at all, it is better !
Try? Try to control it? You're getting me pissed!! ```````````` Take a deep breath. Exhale first (deeply...come on push it all out ), then inhale, you get more fresh air that way.
I usually get a mind blowing headache and scream or yell. But I've learned that it's just easier to walk away and take a deep breathe and it seems to get better and save you alot of stress.
Well it like depends, if someone makes me angry by like making offensive statements towards me or someone close to me then I will yell at them. Other than that I will just go into my room and be by myself.
Growl, walk away, tell the room/wall/dog/person how stupid the person/problem is, explain it to the wall/elephant/bathroom/toilet how I am right, return to angering thing.
I watch TV or listen to music. Both works good at controlling my anger. Or sometimes I just sit silently.
