    Well, I mostly watch few good scenes of movies from my collection. They make me feel better. :D (Some of the movies included are 300, The A-Team, etc.)

    when i am playing game i cant able to finish one stage means i get frustrated....and then try and finish that stage then only i off my pc, and when i get anger i think my loved one's cute activities then i am become cool, i read this tips in this forum only........

    When I am frustrated, I do spend some time eating. You can't recover from frustration if you have an empty stomach. I also play computer games to unwind myself.:eek:

    When I am frustated (Depending what is it but general stuff), I take some chips,pizza or and I watch a good old movie that will make me laugh or I play video games like a kid and of course while I am playing, I talk to myself like a fool ^^
