I do 40 pushups and some ABS exercise. I like to pump out before going to bed, it makes it easier to fall asleep
I spend too much time on the computer before I go to sleep (which probably contributes to my insomnia) It makes my mind run like a hampster in a wheel. I need to start doing stuff that don't trigger me to think. On Overkirils post, I thought that exercise right before bed pumps adrenaline and usually prolongs falling to sleep (I guess each persons body adjusts differently)
