    Can you please give some samples of successfull jobs in your country.
    What do you do if you have a good capital?
    I want to learn your ideas.
    Maybe i will make a shopping website.

    If you have good capital that you want to spend, You should choose a product that you feel comfortable with and hire the best SEO person you can find and have them build you a well Optimized website. Then you need to hire a good copywriter write about fifty articles and have those articles submitted to thousands of article diretories. I don't think you will need 13 grand, so you may choose to have more than one website.

    It depends upon what your interests are. If you have 13k, you should be able to get started in pretty much anything you wish. You first have to decide if you want to purchase an already established business or start your own. If you are looking to buy a website, the sitepoint market place is a good place to start. http://marketplace.sitepoint.com/

    If you are looking to start a business and you are new to online marketing, I suggest hiring someone to help you. You are going to need to do research and find a niche you are comfortable with. Then you are going to need to decide how you will generate revenue - adsense, ebook sale, e-commerce, etc. After that, its all about creating your content, keywords, and SEO.
