I work till I struggle to keep my eyes open, then go to bed and sleeping is no problem. Waking up however is a different story
Normally I dont sleep early, however if I wanna sleep quickly, then I just lie down on the bed and close my eyes for sometime. Within 10-15 mins I go to sleep, by that time I think over what did I achieve in the day which has been passed
got some sleeping disorder.. kinda insomniac. but when i really want to sleep, I just read the bible then after reading one or two chapters I can now sleep.
...just thinking on... anything who looks like a story... and in few (hour?) times, I, already, sleep.
Excuse me, you're girl|woman ? For me (high scool student) isn't working... maybe you understand why...
I either read a boring book (takes me months to finish one, couple of pages per night before sleep) or I read e-books on my IPhone (something I started a week ago and which is more preferable, cos you don't have to get up to turn off the lights)
