What do you dislike about Hotmail & GMail

    Hello,

    I am in the early steps of creating a new type of online messaging application. In order to get the best out of it I am interested in knowing what you like & dislike about the 2 most popular email services; Hotmail and Gmail.


    Just tell me what you think is good with them and what is bad.

    I haven't used hotmail but I love gmail. The simplicity, mailbox space, reliability, and just everything that google stands for is incorporated in it.

    Dislikes of hotmail- Very slow service and preventing spam is very negligible.
    Dislikes of gmail- Very slow uploading (I ought to wait for 1 minute) and Preventing all the spams including our friends (Requires concentration while removing spams)

    I LOVE Y! mail. Hotmail is just ugly and Gmail is too plain and boring for me.
