What do you call this menu bar? (SCREENSHOT)

    hi guys,

    I am new to web design, web development ,etc. Just wondering what these menu bars are called, the ones that stay on the top, side, bottom of your the web page, while browsing another site Something like "meebo bar". Some examples are posted below!
