the second one looks kind of like what I've seen people call "Adsense sites"..From what I understand, each category or whatever just contains links to the webmaster's adsense.. the first one just has the adsense in a good place, quite a few people will click on that The second is a MFA because there is absolutely nothing for the user on the whole site, just adsense
The first lacks content which I would change if I owned it but is okay. The adsense is positioned well and there is some content besides the adsense. Again the content should be alot bigger. The 2nd as Dudbob said is MFA
