Do the majority of you young people 18-25 just treat it as a day off work and sleep in and watch tv or go out with your friends like you do on a weekened?
Well, we used to go out to celebrate. I don't remember where we used to go, but there would be barbecues and random little things to do during the day, then at night the county would do a big fireworks display. After that, everyone would fight through traffic to get home and set off fireworks in the neighborhood. Though, my family has gotten lazy and we don't really do anything anymore. Maybe set of a few fireworks but thats about it.
