I got a big sticker on my car, leave some flyers behind in public places and use mouth to mouth. How you promote offline?
word of mouth, i've gotten a few clients from it but don't spend a lot of time discussing it with others like I probably should.
You should talk to people on ecstasy. They think everything about you and your website is the most interesting thing they've heard all night.
I currently dont advertise offline for my websites however, im going to start offline advertising in the near future which will involve flyers, business cards, advertising in related magazines and much more.
It is simple. Make some calls, meet some people, get into TV shows, radio shows, newspapers, magazines... But, do you have something interesting to show?
for me i advertise in the yellow pages which brings in most of our companies work, but i also advertise with brochures, leaflet drops, telemarketing, and the general public walking into our office.

Just word of mouth. Whenever I get chance, I tell people how well my site is doing. People always love a winner, nobody loves a looser.
Bumper stickers are a good idea because when people are stuck in traffic, they have no choice but to look at your URL....it would help if your domain name is short and easy to remember. I'm seeing more and more cars with URL stickers (offline spamming?). Word of mouth is the best form of offline advertising, IMO, but you need a really good and unique site to get much of this.
Word of Mouth whenever I can. I heard a great one though, this guy made one on 2 big pieces of plywood. Stood it up in the back of his truck and parked it in a parking lot next to the freeway. Something ridiculous like 100,000 people pass by that area on any given day.
Effective stickers on cars seems to work surprisingly well. Just make it looks original and eye attractive. Good luck!
