Like the design.

You could maybe combine the header and navigation, to bring the content up the page more.

You could make the footer smaller.

Then make it 3 columns to make it consistent.

Nice work tho, these are just some things that I would do!

 

Wow, I have to give credit to you for that rotating menu icon. That one is really special and what caught my attention in the first place. Where did you get the script from?

 

It is a jquery script called fisheye dock menu or something like that

by googling "goldfish eye jquery" I go this link
