Besides knowing that "love" is simply a complex interaction of chemical responses within the human body and is differentiated by an addiction to a person, place or thing.. I think it's selfless devotion in it's purest form. Or something like that.

I don't believe anything it is truly selfless. I think that we all ultimately do things to make ourselves happy. For example, when you love your child, you do nice things for your child, you take care of your child, but ultimately, you are doing these things because they make you happy.

Its one the toughest word to explain. Which ever definition you get will always remain somehow incomplete. Love can only be experienced but never be explained. This is what I believe. And ya love has many forms too. By forms I mean due to the relation its meaning differs like for wife it is different, for parents it is different and so on!!!
I have never found my true love yet, I thought I did, but was wrong. It takes 3 seconds to say 'I Love You' but a lifetime to prove it.
