Can anybody tell me what is the thing that's missing in the weblog http://developingsites.blogspot.com that's all about web development technologies? And how can I acquire it?

Being original. There are hundreds of thousands of such blogs and sites out there. Look for an unfilled market, or delivering something that is better and different.

Does anybody here knew how can this web development blog get 5,000 of real traffic everyday? Do it need more contents or now need promotion? Please give me an idea? Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend trafficking, as it could end up with the OP in gaol.

The OP more needs (if s/he wants to persist with a theme that has been done thousands of times already) to focus on improving their grammar and general quality of articles. They seem to be aimed at beginners, so they need to get a beginner to read these and see if they understand. As an example:
    http://developingsites.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/configuration-for-http-server-directives.html

Not only is it poorly written, but the author has attempted to explain things in a confusing way (such as mentions what HTTP stands for, but the target audience probably still won't understand, better to link to an article explaining what HTTP is in a simple way).

Always think about your audience, get people (non-SEO, non-programmers, non-IM) to read what you write and give feedback.
