I have been doing this for a little while and I love to play with new designs. I play more than actually code with a purpose. I was wondering if you would share things people like especially about your sites.

hmmm not sure but I can tell you what I like. I loves pages that are easy to navigate and fast loading. Nothing is worse than going to a page with pop up ads, no easy layout of the page, or big load times.

I don't know what they like, but I just makes me so happy when people get to my site and they bookmark it or return later. I think the feeling that you get from knowing someone finds your site useful is the most important thing in web development.

Clients love the sites we create because we first begin by defining their 'brand'. Let's presume that you own a ‘brick and mortar’ jewelry store, plus you sell your products online. How do you convert casual browsers into buyers in both situations? I can say it in one word. BRANDING.

People buy brands. A brand should represent everything you stand for. What do you think of when you hear the name ‘Tiffany’s’? Expensive, chic and elegance are a few words that come to mind.

We ask our clients; How do you want people to identify with you or your brand? We find and identify a niche in their market and develop designs that best represent their brand identity. ~ Unless of course the client is a wanna-be designer... but that's another story.

I think people are particularly fond of the 'back' button on my sites :)

I think that my clients likes the way I put in visual medium what they dream of. The most of them are not interested in back-end...

    Haha! That's funny!

Well, besides layout and ease of navigation, people enjoy the warm friendly colors. People love colorful websites.

I find that people like simply but stylish, not overloaded with graphics. Lighter colours are definately in these days. Pop up's are a big no no, people are so put off and the only sites that get away with it these days are the closet people who visit porn sites wading their way through pop ups thinking they are going to see something

100% agree! No web designer should consider to use the pop-up windows anymore. Their are not surfer-friendly and, on the other hand, you can bet that in the majority of cases they will be blocked.

I would point to ease of navigation as a great concern for the Web designer. You can easily find lots of sites where you are faced with the home page and don't know where to click to go where you want. It should be immediately clear for the user where he has to click to proceed depending on his purpose.

People mostly like the games, thus far. ;) Now, my design is another thing. I just learned HTML from w3schools. What I really want to learn is PHP.
