I am trying to figure out what type of programming skills are needed to do Develop a Web site that can 1. Capture sales Leads (mortgage leads, insurance, etc) 2. Round up and distribute leads (paid subscribers). An Example Site would be www.quotehounds.com I can write the PHP and get the data...but not sure how i could "efficiently" distribute the data. Anyone know what type of programs or programming language that would be needed to do this?
If all the development are done by yourself, you need the following skills, graphic design, html/css coding, php/asp/jsp coding and template integration (if you use cms on the internet) and content creation skills . It is not easy to master all of these skills .
Maybe a short cut, certainly to capturing the leeds would be to use Wordpress. You could use something like TDO Mini Forms to sceure all the information. With WP as well, there are lots of themes, modules etc that you can just plug in, so it makes things a lot easier. Personally thats how I learn things, install something then break it down to see what does what, youll know next time!
The link you have posted doesn't work.. But anyhow what do you mean by "distribute the data", what exactly would you need to distribute and to who?
