what do I need to upgrade?

    My site is hosted on a virtual server. The traffic is not high about 1gb/day but CPU usage often exceeds its capacity. Do I need to upgrade my plan? to increase Ram or something??

    what kind of a site do you have? and how much cpu are you using at the moment?

    you can upgrade your RAM to 12 GB ...............then no problem...........................you will face.........i think its due to your database.................that cpu usage are very high...............

    Why upgrade to 12gb?

    Its not a HUGE site, you need to get a dedicated server so you have more CPU available. Also look at caching options which will reduce the overall load on the server systems.

    webservices4india - Do some more research before offering advice which isn't accurate. Many of your posts are not accurate and users can be mislead into doing things they should not do..........
