What do i need in a real estate script?

    Hello,

    I'm currently looking around for a real estate script. i have found a couple with features like Videos and Photos upload. Could you suggest what else should i need in a Real estate script?

    Also pay attention to SEO features. Such as search engine friendly URLs, custom meta tags for listing pages, and ability to browse all listings (so that search engine could index all listings).
