    Hey all,

I'll cut to the chase, i have dreamhost hosting and it came with one free domain and yeah, i would like to expand and buy quite a few more domains, and i understand registerfly(i've heard they suck) has a very cheap deal at the moment with .60c a .info domain and .NET for 2.99.

So when i register the domains i put the dreamhost nameservers in, is that correct? Im looking to get other hosting but that won't be sorted for a few days.. so what should i do?!

    thanks all!

From what I know Dreamhost lets you have more than one domain per account, I don’t know if there is a limit. After buying the domain put the dreamhost nameserver like you said and it should work. Personally I’ve bought all my domains from Godaddy and am pretty happy with their service and would recommend then to anyone.

    Thankyou for the reply!

However what if i want to change from dreamhost to my new hosting, is it hard to change the nameserver? Or can it only be done once?

DreamHost for all it's problems will host any domain you own.

All you have to do it "host them" in the control panel and enter the correct NS info at the place you bought them.

Edit: for your last post. You can change NS daily if you like.

    Dreamhost is OK.
    Registerfly is NOT OK!!

You can't renew domains with Registerfly, regardless
    of what they say.

You can transfer your domains any time after they have been registered for 60 days. You have to pay for an additional year but you do not lose any of the time you have paid for.
