What do I do when PayPal makes an inquiry like this?

I sent $17 to one of my users in my incentive website. I got a dispute after 1 month nearly..

PayPal is constantly monitoring site activity and reviewing transactions.

This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation.

What do i do? I am confused. The add fax has some error in it. And there is something called add files.

Better check it out! Sometimes they do it because an unknown or IP from different country gets into your paypal!

Is that all that it says? Just send them an email asking for clarification. I guess this just a normal process they randomly do with any account and transaction.

it is a random investigation provide the necessary things to paypal for that transcation and tell the other person from wom you have recieved or send the money also to reply to the message as they would be asking the other party as well.

I recentley had one of these types of emails. I put in the details, but they ended up reversing the transaction without giving a reason. However if you sent the money, there can't be much thats bad to come out of it, as long as you are in paypals TOS. Just fill out the form they ask you to do, and hope for the best.

Definitely contact Paypal and get clarification. I'm no fan of paypal but if you ignore their emails or requests for information, they'll do whatever they happen to feel like doing that day. Don't wait either. Call them or email them asap.
